Changes:
- Fixed horrible bug in GetSocketEvents(): D0 was used instead of A0 as event storage pointer.
- soevent() now ignores sockets with SS_NOFDREF flag set.
- Socket events mask is now copied during socket copy creation inside listen().
- sana_run() is not called repeatedly any more on every IP address change, avoiding additional I/O request allocation overhead.
- Fixed ARP table allocation/cleanup in SIOCSIFADDR processing, wrong pointer was tested for IFF_NOARP.
- Now prints unit number together with interface name in online/offline log messages.
- Reverted timer.device handling in kern_synch.c to original version in attempt to increase performance.
- Disabled some diagnostics code.
